Thanks for your subscription to TinggIT. We appreciate the fact that you are availing the services we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and subscribing to our products.

As with any subscription experience, there are some terms and conditions that apply to transactions at TinggIT as well. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or availing of a subscription plan at TinggIT, you agree to the terms set forth below along with TinggIT’s Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you subscribed to, or if you are not happy with it, you can ask for a refund.

If you would like to unsubscribe from a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but the refund will only be applicable if you cancel your subscription within 15 days of subscription/subscription renewal.

Refunds

We at TinggIT commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products and services. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly tested, and quality checked for bugs and errors. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products and services.

If you have taken the subscription via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

If you have taken the subscription via office invoice, then you will be refunded once our accounts team will receive your cancellation request.

We will proceed to issue a refund of your subscription, immediately after receiving the refund request with the valid time of subscription. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when the refund is completed.

By using our platform, registering an account, or purchasing a subscription plan, you hereby consent to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
